Do I need to register my device in order to be eligible for the warranty?

No, you do not have to register for it.. The proof of warranty for your vaporizer is your VolcanoVaporizers.com invoice sales slip showing the date of your purchase.

What is covered by the 3-year manufacture warranty?

The warranty covers manufacturer defects within the warranty period. The warranty period is 3 years from the date of purchase for the Volcano Hybrid, Volcano Digit, Volcano Classic and the Plenty (*2 years for the Mighty and Crafty).

Please note that vaporizer product defects due to normal use or wear are not covered by the warranty. Furthermore, parts subject to wear such as batteries, screens, and such are excluded from the warranty.

Is the 3-year manufacture warranty valid if I purchase my vape on VolcanoVaporizers.com?

Yes, all Storz & Bickel vaporizers purchased on VolcanoVaporizers.com carry a 3-year manufacture warranty including the Volcano Hybrid, Volcano Digit, Volcano Classic, Mighty, Plenty and Crafy vapes.

What if I lose a small piece or or a small part breaks?

First off, don't panic. Storz & Bickel is really good about honoring their manufacture warranty as long as you are within the duration of the warranty period of 2-3 years depending on the particular model.

I didn't receive an order confirmation. What do I do?
